After an accident at age eight which left him blind, Oral Miller matriculated Louisville public schools, graduated from Princeton University and earned his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He then set his sights on Washington DC. to work at the SBA– [Small Business Administration] and Rehabilitation Services as their counsel. Oral became one of the early members of the ACB–American Council of the Blind national and is also very proud of his membership in the American Blind Bowling Association where he bowled a high score game of 225.
